Jim Edens, COC -
Division Director
Jim offers over 30 years experience in
the lighting industry, beginning in 1974, while attentind college. He
joined Hermitage Lighting Gallery in 1983 and became manage of
national accounts in 1987. In August of 1988 he bcame a Lighting
Specialist with the American Lighting Association. Jim received
the Certified Lighting Construction Award in 1989. This is
the highest award in the American Lighting Association. Jim
has a wife and two sons. He enjoys playing golf and collecting
antique toys.

David Jackson, LS - Account Manager
David began his career in the lighting industry in 1986. He strives to service his business partners wiht ethics and loyalty by "treating my business partners as I would like to be treated. When a client is looking for the type of service I have to offer, they are always satisfied." David is married with two children and considers himself "lucky to have such a loving and supportive family."

Brian Birdwell, LS
- Account Manager
Brian began his career with Hermitage Lighting Gallery in 1992 and moved to National Account in the next year. He says that his time at Hermitage has taught him a great deal about the lighting industry and he continues to learn more every day. Brian said he chose his career because "because it allows me to work with all types of people from diverse backgrounds" and "the carious types of people I come in contact with has enabled me to handle diccicult situations in a professional manner while keeping my business partners happy"

LS - Project Coordinator
Terry offers 35 years of experience in the lighting business. He joined the Hermitage Lighting Gallery team in 2004.

Joe Luttman - Project
Coordinator
Joe has been in the lighting industry for 15 years. He joined the Hermitage Lighting team in 1995 and says he enjous the "family oriented atmosphere and the professionalism of my co-workers." Joe enjous traveling to meet new people and working with others.

Tim Judge - Project
Coordinator
Tim brings over 25 years of experience to Hermitage Lighting Gallery's customers. He began working in the lighting industry in 1981 and has worked with commercial, industrial, residential and utility customers. Tim is involved with youth sports program in his community and has one sone and two daughters.

Courtney Rone - Inside
Sales Support
Courtney works with Hermitage Lighting Gallery's inside sales team to support the customers and sales staff. She interacts with customers on all levels, providing assistance wherever it's needed to get the job done. Courtney hails from Colorado and is a movie buff.

Joann White - Office
Coordinator/Purchasing Agent
Joann joined Hermitage Lighting in 1999. She assists the manager with warehouse and purchasing matters and sets up new accounts to asure a smooth transition. She has a daughter, a son and two dogs. Joann is also involved with an animal activist group.
