Q: When will My Card Be Charged?
A: All orders are reviewed by a Lighting Specialist before your card is charged. You will not be charged until we are able to confirm that your order can be shipped. If our Lighting Specialists determines that your order will take longer than 2 weeks to arrive, we will contact you to confirm before charging your card.
Q: How Long Does Shipping Take?
A: In-stock items will be shipped the same, or the next business day and typically arrive within four to six business days from intial order. Most special order products will be delivered within 2-weeks from date of purchase. If delivery of your special order product will exceed two weeks, a Lighting Specialist will contact you within 2 business days to confirm the order and provide you with an estimated delivery time.
Q: What are Loyalty Points and how do I get them?
A: Every purchase from our web site qualifies you for loyalty rewards points. Thirty days after your account balance reaches 25 or more points, you will automatically receive a gift certificate totaling the number of points you have accumulated. If for example, you have 35 points on January 1, you receive and email gift certificate in the amount of 35 dollars no later than February 1st.
Q: What Is Your Return Policy?
A: All in-stock items can be returned within 30-days for any reason. All you pay is return shipping. Special order items can only be returned for replacement with an identical item.
Please note: if you received free shipping on your initial purchase and you are returning the product for any reason other than replacement with and identical item due to damage a 10% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
